These terms govern your use of MCGrantz, operated by Millennials Creatives LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
MCGrantz helps you find grant and funding opportunities, estimate how competitive they are for a given organization ("winnability"), draft application language, and track deadlines. It is an informational and productivity tool.
Winnability scores are estimates based on public award history and the information you provide. They are guidance, not a prediction or guarantee of any award. Opportunity details, deadlines, and eligibility can change; you are responsible for verifying every deadline and eligibility requirement on the funder's official page before applying. AI-generated drafts are starting points that you must review, correct, and confirm before submitting anything.
You keep ownership of the organization profiles, notes, and drafts you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content to provide the service to you.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time and will retain paid features through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We work to keep MCGrantz available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCGrantz is provided "as is," and Millennials Creatives LLC is not liable for lost funding, missed deadlines, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using MCGrantz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
